The... read more main problem was that the wheels were worn out and needed to be replaced. Terry could have replaced them with the same parts, two sets of single wheels attached to the bottom of the door (for a total of 2 wheels), but instead used upgraded, more expensive parts, two sets of premium double wheels attached to bottom of the door (for a total of 4 wheels) that makes the door easier to open and close than ever before. He could have gone with the cheaper parts and charged me the same quoted price for the repair and I wouldn't have known the difference but he didn't. I really appreciate the high level of integrity and pride this company takes in doing the job right.

WOW. I have a discontinued impossible to find lock on my sliding glass door. I looked everyone, eventually I posted on this lock smith blog a picture begging for help.... read more The owner Terry replied and said that he had one, only one left and gave me his cell phone. I called him and he answered right away. I am in Northern California, he was able to ship it to me which was great. He then continued to text with me as I asked him questions about the door - he even threw in a new wheel mount as the tread came off the wheels and he advised I should not run the door like that as it would ruin the track.
